Own the full cycle — qualify inbound interest, run demos of the Qcrawl API, and close developer and data-team accounts.
What you'll do
- ›Respond to inbound leads and convert trials into paid plans
- ›Run product walkthroughs and answer pricing questions
- ›Maintain a clean pipeline and hit monthly targets
- ›Feed customer objections back to product and marketing
What we're looking for
- ✓0–3 years in B2B or SaaS sales (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- ✓Clear spoken and written English; Hindi/Kannada a plus
- ✓Comfortable with a quota and a CRM
Network Support Engineer

Keep the platform and customer integrations healthy — triage support tickets, debug API and networking issues, and escalate cleanly.
What you'll do
- ›Diagnose customer-reported API, DNS, proxy, and connectivity issues
- ›Reproduce bugs and write clear escalations for engineering
- ›Monitor dashboards and respond to alerts during your shift
- ›Document recurring fixes into the support knowledge base
What we're looking for
- ✓Networking fundamentals — DNS, HTTP, TLS, proxies, routing
- ✓CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent hands-on experience
